New phone, learning stuff and random pointless things

So what have I been up to the past couple months? I have actually done a lot! I have spent most of my time with family for the holidays. I recently met two new friends in November. We went to go eat ramen and to LACMA. They were very nice guys! I chat with them once in a while. I haven't been eating fast food so I'm very proud of myself! I haven't really seen any sign of weight lose though :(

In the past two months I haven't bought much since I really have not been in the mood for shopping. My niece bought two headbands from forever 21 ( that was so sweet of her!) the feather headband and bath & body works was given to me by my older sister as part of my christmas gift.

I don't see myself buying anything else in a while. I got a lot of clothes for Christmas so I think I am set for winter clothes for the year.

So lately I have been learning Chinese Mandrin. It isn't going very well. I am pretty bad with learning the tones and it is akward for me . I won't be giving up because I am determined to learn to pronounce the greetings correctly!

My brother recently bought me the iPhone 4 for Christmas. I got this really cute phone case for it but when I wanted to use the camera I discovered the camera wasn't working ! My brother took it to the apple store and they reset it but now it freezes up after i take one picture T-T *sigh* I have only it is for three days ! So yeah, he is going to take it into the phone store and see if they can fix it or get a replacement.

On Saturday we had a birthday party to celebrate my moms birthday. My nephews brought their Wii system and we spent all day playing video games! I was playing 'Just Dance' but I was pretty awful at it T-T My nephews forgot to to bring my gift last time they came to visit. I told them not to get me anything but the surprised me with these wonderful Hello Kitty headphones! They are so awesome!! They said that anytime they see anything Hello Kitty they think of me lol

I order from Barnes & Noble Clockwork Angel by Cassandora Clare. I think this will be the last book I pay full price for a while..... it is getting expensive to buy new books. I think I will stick to buying my books from Book off.
I went to the Japanese dollar store it is basically Daiso but under a different name. Most things cost $1.98 but some items could cost more or less. I found these two mask. I the charcoal one is suppose to remove blackheads but the other I have no clue what it does! I also got two packs of cotton pads for my toner. I am a sucker for anything Japanese!! I really need to focus on learning my characters! I am so behind and have been slacking off!! Not Good!!
On friday it rained, and I am strange and like to take walks in the rain. On my walk I saw a cloud that looks like a heart. I know it is a crappy picture and I was so far away. T-T I really wish my digi cam worked !
I took this picture of I think is a wetland. It looked so magical and was in the middle of the city. It was behind this stupid fence so I kind of climbed it a little just to get a picture. I didn't go in or anything but it was nice to see something like that.

Harry Shum Jr and my birthday

I have been pretty busy lately. I have taken up jogging at the park near by which has been ok. I really lack motivation so by the third lap I am already giving up :( I have to do something to lose a few pounds getting way too fat lol Also, I like getting out the house at least a hour because my dad pisses me off.

I went to target to buy Halloween candy and the GQ magazine that has Harry Shum Jr. He is sooo handsome!!! I thought it was going to be like huge pictures but I was a bit disappointed because it was more of an ad for the clothes T-T OH WELL! I cut up the pictures and hang them up on my wall ^^

My sister surprised me with a Hello Kitty Cake for my birthday! It is the cutest cake and delicious! It was so nice to see all my nephews and nieces again since it has been a long time.
My mom and sister let me buy some books for my birthday. I chose the new Haruki Murakami book IQ84 , Norwegian Wood and Witchlanders by Lena Coakley. I haven't started reading any of them but I can't wait!
My sister gave me two purses for my birthday. lol She knows I love purses! These are the crossbody type so I like the fact I can use them when I go to the mall or grocery shopping and I don't want to take a huge bag.

baking ,tea, and trees

I really love this song! I know the original is in Chinese and I really don't have a clue what the lyrics mean but I like it! Plus, ukiss and hit 5 together are awesome!!!

I have been listening to Danson Tang- Hui Se He Ti a lot lately! I am not sure why but I like it a lot! Danson Tang looks sooo hot in these screen shots!!

The guava tree in the back yard is full with guavas. I personally not the biggest fan of these because the inside are all white instead of that bright pink color. My mom loves them so I went and picked some off the tree.

I noticed that mint plant is getting big ! I cut a couple leaves off and washed them. Later on I made tea in my tea pot it was different..... I tend to drink green tea or black tea so mint was a nice change lol
I made so many cookies!! I burned the first two batches because I forgot to turn on the timer and was chatting lol so those went to the trash 哈哈 I learned my lesson and once I focus I ended up with non burned cookies!!! everyone liked them! my sister even took some home with her.

Blink 182 concert!

My sister and brother in law gave me a ticket to see my favorite band as a early birthday gift. I went with my nephews (which was their first concert) and my brother in law. They went for my Chemical Romance but I went to see blink 182 lol I think I could be like 80 y.o and still see them because it always brings back good memories from my past.

Some Ramen I ate while I was in Little Tokyo. I met up with a friend and he showed me a ramen place to eat. It was really good ! I still need to learn to eat with chopsticks. hahaha

Chinatown!

I went to Chinatown before meeting up with my friend because I had to get something for my mom. She wanted to me to buy a panda stuff animal for her. lol Lucky for me I did not have to walk far to find it.

kindle and treats....

Last Friday my sister went to some bakery in Downtown L.A and brought these lovely treats back home!! I didn't want to eat them at all!! The macaroons were so delicious!! The blue ones were Earl Grey flavor and the pink ones were Rose!

My Kindle replacement came in the mail yesterday ! The screen broke on my first Kindle after a month. I am just so happy it was still under warrenty. I have to be very careful with this one since they break so easy.
I was in a cleaning mood today and cleaned the whole house because I have been behind on the cleaning. I printed the return label to mail back my broken Kindle. I was planning to study Hiragana today but just lacked the time since I had extra chores. Plus I started chatting with some guy I find interesting lol I know I should study instead of chatting with strangers. I charged the batteries to the camera to find out the flash is broken!!!! Great!! I wanted to take the camera to the concert but I am not sure how it will work out.It is 11:04 pm and I am hungry so weird.......

The order I placed last week came in. I ordered some Ruby Kisses products to try since it was free shipping with any $20 purchase. The mineral powder looks too dark for me but I am excited to try it. I won't be purchasing anything for a long time because I want to save all my money.I will try to go to sleep now I hope I am able to! さようなら ! 再见!

Busy Sunday

I feel like writing on the blog today. Don't ask me why ! lol I just feel like it *shrugs shoulders* I woke up feeling like shit because I drank so much Saturday afternoon. I really shouldn't have but the guy kept filling my shot glass with soju and I also had some Korean beer named" OB". The beer was really good!! That soju really messed me up it was really strong !!

My sister and niece came today and took my mom to the mall. As always, I had to go because I am the only one that is able to get my mom in and out of the car. I really wasn't in the mood to go since my foot hurts so bad. I am glad I went because my mom enjoyed it! We went to target where I bought mostly food and some Halloween deco for my room because I like to decorate for each season. They were only $1 for the decorations.

My sister walked into my room and saw the new posters lol she asked where I got them and I said Koreatown. Then my little sister opened her big mouth and told her how I met some guy and drank achool with him . Ugh!! I later got asked all these questions . Come on !! I am 25 and if I want to met up with people it shouldn't be an issue! It wasn't a date or anything. Just lunch !I think they are just suprised I actually talk to people hahahaha

Since my Kindle broke I am back to reading books the old fashion way ! lol My sister lend me this book so far I really like it !! It is about a little boy being raised in a graveyard by ghosts after his family is murdered. I am only a couple pages in but so far so good!! ^-^

I got all the things my sister ordered for me off ebay! Omg!! I love Korean stuff!!! We got a really good deal! I ordered bb cream because my face is horrible lately from stress and my poor diet. I am hoping it will help me. I have the room to myself because my little sister left with my other sister for the night! In a way I am happy because I have the whole room to myself! I took advantage and cleaned it well lol Now my foot is hurting more :( Ok I will go and continie reading the book! buh bye!!

It was a lazy day today..... I only went to buy a newspaper for my mom and give my neighbor her avon catalogs back. That was the highlights of my day. I know lame! lol

I am proud of myself because i cleaned my messy desk and my messy area!! I still need to clean the bottom of my desk because it is a lot of paperwork and need to sort it.

Marukai

Today my brother in law took me to Marukai! I went over my limit by $10. I found the hello kitty tote that the proceeds go to help Japan so I broke my hello kitty no buy rule but it is ok because it was for a good cause! lol bought some ramen, snacks, curry and some skincare. It was a good day:)
